  1. How long will I wait for my prescription to be ready?
    If you walk in a prescription and your information is already in our system, most prescriptions don’t take more than 10 minutes to be filled. We have NO LINES!! Additionally, if your doctor sends us the prescription through e-script or fax during your visit, it’ll be ready to pick up immediately as soon as you arrive.
  2. What insurance companies do you accept?
    We accept major insurance companies, including but not limited to Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Argus, Express Script, Caremark, Gold Coast, Kaiser MEDICARE, all Medicare Part D, Worker's Compensation, Catamaran, Tricare, L.A. Care, Molina Healthcare, Silver Script, Scan, AARP, WellCare, and much more. Give us a call and ask if you are not sure about your coverage.
  3. Do you deliver?
    Yes, we deliver to all of Thousand Oaks and surrounding vicinities (Camarillo, Agoura Hills, Woodland Hills, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Westlake Village, Chatsworth, Granada Hills, Northridge and more. We also can ship your medication to you via U.S. Postal free of charge.
  1. Can you fill for 3 months?
    Yes, depending on your insurance carrier, if they support 3 months fills.
  2. How are you prices compared to other pharmacies?
    We have the best prices in town, in all of Ventura County in fact, for all our prescriptions, as well as our over-the-counter and home health products. Call and compare!
  3. If a medication is out of stock, how soon can it be ordered and ready?
    Unlike the large drugstores, if a particular medication is not in stock and if we can order it, we can have it ready the next morning.
